would it be possible to connect two amd radeon hd 7990s to one pc? (ik, that would be mega overkill, but im just wondering)

I was thinking of running a second 7990 instead of a water block so the cards don't run as hard and cooler but I guess that won't work.

You could use water blocks on them and it would work from my research.
