I accidentally i have deleted my administrator account

I had 3 USER accounts in Windows 7. I accidentally i have deleted my administrator account using comand prompt now i have two accounts but both are users i want my admin account now how to create the admin or how to recover the admin

You will have to edit the accounts using the command line, that is, restarting the system in Safe Mode with command line.
Some people will help you here with the commands you will need to enter.

Other way is Trinity Rescue Boot or Hirens utilities. Good luck.
