stuck an ssd into this build rather then go with an 8 core cpu and a different motherboard... basically it's about deminishing returns. I could get you 33% better multithread performance with an 8 core AMD, or i could get you the one peice of equipment that will make your system work and feel like a high end ($2000) system; an ssd. In the end the quality of user experience you'll get from the ssd was too much to overlook.
