Using an Intel RTS2011LC liquid cooling system in current PC. Decided to build a new system. Happy with the Intel cooling I bought another one for the new system. I build new systems using a test bench to get hardware and software installed. About day 2 something smelled hot. I noticed the fan was not turning. Shut down and found a temp fan to blow on the radiator.
Doing direct tests on the fan shows that the LEDs light but no spinning blades. Putting a VOM on the contacts and manually spinning the blades generates a voltage.
I think the fan is a Delta based on the label. I would like to replace it with the same kind. The fan has just 1 mounting flange. Can't find it on the Delta site. Any suggestions?
