Hi, I would like to know how i can save my internet data while using win8, I know how to turn off windows updates but I need to know if there is a way of stopping inbuilt apps like from contacting to the internet. I'm in Uganda and ISPs charge so highly here for every MB of internet data. Please help, thanks.
