Memory: 4096MB RAM
Mobo:DH61WW
HDD:320gb
should i go with windows 8.1 32 or 64 bit ?

These days 8Gb happens to be the norm. So it's better to go the 64Bit way 'cos you are bound to increase the RAM sooner or later....
