which monitor should I use?

I have two choices as my monitor.
1 is sony 40ex400 led
2 is Samsung 43f4900 3d plasma
I got a real decent hardware for gaming. so please tell, which would be better for gaming.

well...
u see I spent all my money on gtx 690 and i7 3770k. so for quite a time, these are the only choices.
