Hello,
I am using Gygabite GA-G41M Combo Motherboard with Intel® Pentium® 4 3.06 GHz Processor, 533 MHz FSB, Socket LGA 775. This Motherboard supports both DDR2 & DDR3 Memories individually. DDR2 667,800 MHz Memories are running but sometimes system becomes slow & DDR3 1333 MHz Memories are not working at all.

Please suggest me what will be the solution. If I use LGA 775 Dual Core 800 MHz FSB Processor 3,3.16 GHz then can I run the both DDR2 & DDR3 Memories fine?

Hello... you got to try all types of possiblities... and Combinations... those dual memory type boards were not where the industry were going to make main stream... and results will very, meaning it was sort of a quick fix ( or Quick $$ ) too get people to slowly start upgrading their CPU/Motherboard while using their old DDr2 memory... DDr3 was expensive when it first came out...
DO you have the latest BIO's flashed to the board? have you downloaded the manual for your motherboard? http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3505#dl
Hello... what are the size of the DDR3 sticks? max slot size of most S775 motherboards are 2gb per slot... Also try resetting the Bio's with the jumper and battery re-moved method, and let the motherboard decide the settings to use with your DDR3, at Power Up... the setting between DDR3 and DDR2 are not even close to the same.

It supports maximum 8 GB of DDR3 & I am using 2 GB + 2GB in both DDR3 slots. Although I tried with one single 2 GB but the system is not booting at all. But whenever I use DDR2 then its booting normally.

The all Memory settings are saved as default or Auto. I never tried to overclock the CPU because I think I cannot overclock for DDR3 while I am using DDR2.

If I change the CPU with LGA 775 Dual Core 3 or 3.16 GHz,800 MHz FSB then can I boot the system with DDR3 1333? or it can possible to run with the same CPU I am presently using?

To Support DDR3 1333 MHz Memories you must have Processor with 800 MHz FSB. The Processor with 533 MHz FSB will not support your DDR3 1333 MHz memories. If You have Processor With 533 MHz then It will only support your DDR2 Memories.

How can you do that ?
• GA-G41M-Combo (rev. 2.0) (with Lastest bios version)
• Intel core2 E6300 1.86Ghz FSB1066Mhz LGA775
• DD2 1GB*2 installed

I need to upgrade RAM from DDR2 to DDR3 4GB/1600 (1.65 voltage)
when I install single DDR3 and Power ON it sound beep involuntarily.
How can I solve that problem ?

Thank you !
