Should I buy this 7970 on sale or wait?

A local seller is selling: his radeon 7970 2gb reference card for $200
should I just buy this or wait for black friday/cyber monday and hope for a 280x to go on sale?
or should I get the new r9 290 for 400$ when it comes out?

im a 1080p gamer and want to have smooth frames on max/ultra settings

yeah..r9290 is a beast (both performance and heat)..

so, that's mean you have to add your budget to buy decent cooling, something like ARCTIC Accelero Xtreme III $75 will extract all of this hawaii performance..total $475

but still much better option than $500 780..
