It's the R9 290X.

Don't get mistaken for the R9 290. They are 2 different cards.

If money's not an issue just wait for a non reference 780Ti.

@ bassybekx, for BF4 on multi-monitor just get a 7990

Money is actually a problem nevermind, I am getting a 750w PSU 80+ bronze which costs 80 dollars and the GPU and I do not want to pass anything over 600 dollars, if it can be less then yes, so far its 590 with the 780 ACX cooler and PSU.

I want to know which performs better, not just for BF4 but for others too. I might also SLI in the future too.

Then wait for the non reference R9 290X. Its $550 and made to beat the Titan.

If you wana save even more, wait for the non reference R9 290 (non X). Its $400 and made to match or beat the 780.

Non reference because they have only just been released and the reference cooler runs hot and loud. With a dual/triple fan design they will be much cooler and quieter and easier to overclock (or they might come already overclocked)

The 780Ti has also been released (same case, only reference models as of yet) It's meant to beat the 290X but for $700.

the r 290 non x is going to beat the titan quite easily when its overclocked.IMO its a waste to spend $150 more on a 290x over a 290 non x.think of 7950 vs 7970 if your willing to overclock it was a waste back then to get a 7970 over a 7950

How long will it take for the other cooler companies to make the coolers?

They didn't specify a date or time frame. I'm expecting at least a few with custom coolers to appear within this month.

Not really as I have noticed, since the r9-290 is 400 dollars and get 2 fps more than the 780, and when the manufacturer coolers come out, it will be able to be overclocked much more. So I am going R9-290 just waiting for the MSI/ASUS/Gigabyte coolers :p
