500W PSU overkill?

Hy,
I just have a damn hard finding a not too expensive quality PSU. My system is:
i3 4130 (don't have gpu)
1 ram stick
1 hdd
optical drive
mobo off course (according to newegg it uses up to 60W)
So the only good psu I found that fits my budget is a 500W enermax PSU. enermax-naxn-enp500agt-500w
Is a 500W PSU ok for this tiny build.Im not from AMerica and it's really hard to find below 500W PSUs

yes you dont need 500w, 350 is too much but thats what i would do

Not an overkill.
It allows you to have a room for a graphic card.

Why:
because there are no popular brand PSU in that W range 300-400.

I don't think enermax could be trusted.

Get a CORSAIR/XFX/SEASONIC lowest wattage PSU.
