I have windows 7 and 4 gb ram, but my system is working very slowly. I cannot watch a movie properly and even mouse pointer moves very slowly....sometimes cpu usage reaches 100% without any actual softwares running...please suggest me some help...

Do a good virus scan. Start is safe mode and use malwarebytes.

If there are no viruses found check your system starup. Might be some resource hungry program have been added to the startup.

As above.

Get a decent antivirus (e.g. avast), use malwarebytes, and something like spybot s&d, it does sound like a virus.

I had the same problem. First of all download Procexp to see what processes are loading your system.
