Do you mean you don't know where to get them, or download isn't working?
If you have no internet access on the Toshiba laptop because it needs network drivers, download the drivers on a different computer which does have internet access, and save the drivers on a pen drive. Then plug the pen drive into your Toshiba laptop and install the drivers from the pen drive.
