Am I able to use my Laptop's Window's 7 Recovery Discs for my Desktop?

No you can't. Your laptop recovery discs can only be used on your laptop, they won't work on a different make/model of computer.

No, you can't.
1. It will see the non-original hardware, and not install
2. Even if it did install, it would not activate. That copy of windows is tied to that laptop motherboard.
3. New machine = new copy of Windows.
