after searching for hours I found this PSU Chieftec iArena 400W here the info link:

So will this fit my system :
GA-H81M-S2PV
i3 4130 4gb ram
1tb Hdd
optical drive?
What does this 230V only mean? Will it affect my system negatively somehow? Does it mean the max. output is 230V, since i don't have a gpu, can this psu handle my system?
