Above is the link to my laptop.

I just recently bought and installed a new hdd as my other one died and when reinstalling Windows 7 home premium I keep getting the error:

a required cd/dvd drive device driver is missing

at setup.

I lost the recovery cd's as I recently moved and have redownloaded several iso files including from microsoft themselves.

I've also tried swapping to 2.0 usbs, my boot orders, etc.

The only solution I haven't tried is installing the RAID/SATA drivers to my usb and I can't manage to find them any help is appreciated thank you.

Windows 7 should have the drivers build into the disc. If not, then you will have to download it to a USB drive and install it during the setup process.
I see it's uses a AMD APU, try AMD's site and see if they got chipset drivers. Most chipset driver will also contain SATA/SATA Raid drivers.
Dell website should have the drivers too
