My motherboard has an integrated Northbridge AMD 770 chipset, but I have a dedicated GeForce GT 240 1GB. I see this on the AMD website:

Will it have better performance over my GeForce GT 240? And if so, I noticed that on the back, it gives an output instead, like my Geforce Monitor slot has holes, the northbridge has prongs. Any help?
