Can you mount an HDD in a 5.25 in bay?

I want to get an H100i For the fractal design define R4...But on top i cant do push pull...I can do it in the front but id have to remove the HDD cages..all of them. So would i be able to put a 5.25inch seagate barracuda in a 5.25 bay in the front?

Not that exact one maybe since some people didn't like it in reviews, but an adapter is what you will likely need, does your case not have a 3.5" bay open?

If you need to be able to swap out drives, you might want something like this.

Yes as the person above states, there are things for this. Perhaps what you are looking for is known as a hard drive hot swap bay.
These allow you to swap hard drives while the system is on but also mount in the front of the pc.
