How do I find what files were accessed or copied of a hard drive and which software would you recommend

I gave my hard disc for repair now I wish to know if the I.T guy has copied off anything off it . Any " commercial software " out there to know this ?

With the drive removed and put in another system, I do not believe that is possible.

And for the truly paranoid, the tech could have just made a clone copy of the whole drive.

First of Thank you for your prompt answer
So is their anyway to know if the clone copy was made by any chance . Although I have never heard of it being traceable . which is why most of the hard disc are encrypted if it contains sensitive/ high value data .
