So, I got my PC setup for 2 monitors, with 2 DVI on my graphics card (AMD HD6950)
and I wanna setup my Samsung TV to duplicate my main monitor.
So I have my 2 screens, and people can watch on the couch what I am playing.
But it wont do it all, I can duplicate it, but then I only have one monitor on, or I can extend it so the TV becomes part of my desktop screen,

All the cable are plug'ed in the graphics card, and i can see them all it just wont work. :(

When i try with windows screen resolution, i can set it up, but it says "Unable to save display settings"

I'm running windows 7 64 bit
Any help will be greatly appreciated. :)

You could use a splitter for your main monitor and TV but you would need to connect the TV to a different input if you want to use it as an extension of your desktop.

I am not sure if you can mimic two screens and leave the other independent, I have never tried.

I was thinking that I have my 2, 23 inc monitors, 1 as my main, and 2 as an extension of that, and then the TV showing whats on my 1 main screen. if it's helps clarify what I meant :)

Any luck with this? I am also trying to do this set up, but have to disable one of the monitors to be able to make the TV an extension or a duplicate :(
