[SOLVED] how delete files and folders from canvio?

I cannot delete files or folders from this canvio, window says "...cannot delete...". Anybody?

Since this was posted in the Mac OS X forum I am curious as to how the drive was formatted. Was the drive used with a Mac before you connected it to a PC? If yes, did you format the drive with the Mac before you used it for the first time? According to the Toshiba site (followed link provided by scout_03) if these are backup files you will need a password as scout_03 mentioned.
