CPU Cooler Problem

Hello guys, I'm a PC noob and I'm having trouble locating a suitable cooler. The diameter of the fan is 80mm and as you can see there isn't any more room. I'm having trouble locating a suitable cooler for it and I was wondering if you people could direct me in the right way. The computer is a Dell XPS8500 and the processor is an Intel i7-3770.

Vastly better than the stock cooler you currently have.

Take a look at the tiny noctua cooler called the Noctua NH-L9i. It is the same size as the Stock intel, but performs better.
However the Hyper 212 Evo might be a better fit, it it can fit in your chassi

Super Batman :

On amazon it says the product is 13 x 10 x 18 cm which I don't think would fit in my case. The max width the cooler can be is roughly 10cm so unless the 10cm is the width it can't fit. Thank you for the other suggestion as well.

4cm away from the bottom of the power supply. The photo is a little misleading. The RAM (I think, is the ram the vertical circuit boards to the right of the CPU cooler?) goes halfway up the heatsink and is under 1cm away from the heatsink. The black components with the kinda peace sign on them are 2-3cm away from the cooler.

Are you guys completely sure the Hyper 212 Evo will fit in my case? Sorry to be a bit paranoid, just don't want to waste money.

Thanks for all your replies but I've been told that Dell doesn't use the standard backplate, which is defined by the Intel specifications. Notcua have told me that none of there coolers will fit without modifications to the mounting system. How can I fit a new CPU cooler then?
