While playing Minecraft, after about a half hour, my computer will completely freeze. Everything is frozen and unresponsive and when I go to turn it off and back on, it will Blue screen upon restart. After a while when I turn it back on it works again. This is not due to a GPU or CPU overheating, I have checked the temperatures and they do not change much (GPU reaches 39 C, CPU reaches 55 C on first core, 53 C on second). But I have noticed that my RAM cards get very very hot. Does anyone know what might be happening? Thanks for the help. Also I recently upgraded my graphics from a FireGL v7200 to a HD 7770. And since minecraft didnt work on my old GPU, my computer has never Blue screened.
