When will 290x and 290 have non reference coolers?

I want one, quite badly to say the least. Which is still up in the air, but I'm leaning towards the 290 for it's price tag. I would love to have it now but 95 degrees is enough to make me sick to my stomach. When can we expect companies, like Asus and eVGA for example, to start releasing their own cooling solutions?

The general consensus is when Nvidia launches the 780 Ti so they can counter it somehow.

Evga will never release one since they only make Nvidia cards.

I think it generally takes around 4 - 6 months before non reference GPUs hit the market.

AMD are going to allow non reference board designs to be released late this month, so we might see them come to market at the end of nov or start of dec.
