My CPU is Throttling Down

I made a similar post about this a while ago based on my information with my monitoring program and it turns out it wasn't showing properly so i found my problem.

I have FX-8150 CPU and Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard.
In games i get lag spikes which result in fps drops from 80-90 to 10-15 fps.
So here's what happens:
My cpu clock is set at auto so it overclocks auto and i get max 4219 MHz and mostly above 3600 MHz (In games). After sometime (probably heating) my cpu throttle downs to 1419 MHz and i get 10-15 fps and after it goest back above 3600 my fps turns back to normal.
And here's what i can't solve, i don't have a throttledown option in my bios.I only have Cool n' Quiet which i have already tried to turn it off and this still happens.

My bios-gpu-windows etc. is updated to the latest version.
I have Cooler Master X6 CPU cooler which is absolutely fine and thermal paste is good and applied fine.
This throttle down happens around at core temp 47 Celcius and my cpu fan is not at max speed when this happens. It runs on 1412 RPM and has Max speed of 1800 RPM and i think i can't control fan manually because my Motherboard doesn't support that.

When a CPU throttles down usually its a heat issue. I know you feel the cooler is good and the paste is properly applied, is there any chance the cooler is not sitting properly on the CPU? Could it have come loose and not making good contact. Is there an option to just have the CPU fan run at max in the Bios? Is there another fan port on the motherboard you can use that will allow you to set the fan to max? Is the fan connector completely seated on the pins. How long have you had this set up is there a chance the heat-sink could be clogged?

Well i chose the best solution, that should be obvious but anyways turning turbo core technology worked for me but i don't know why is that option makes cpu throttle down isn't it for auto overcloking?

I've seen people pick a solution by mistake before so I don't always know if that is correct. It does seem counter intuitive that turning on your turbo mode would throttle down your CPU how strange. I wonder if there will be a fix for that in the future.
