Should i keep my graphics card overclock this way ?

So, i managed to overclock my gtx 570 all the way up to 970 core clock with 1.1v voltage. I runned stress tests and everything was stable with no artificats. Also,temperature was 70-80 degrees when at full load.

Should i keep it this way when playing heavy games ? Thanks

By heavy games as in like COD? If its like COD, then no you really dont, it should run at 60FPS on low and probably 45 FPS on medium. If youre going to play things like Crysis, overclocking is needed or an SLI.

Yeah, games are weaker than stress tests. Worst thing that happens is it turns off ur pc. lol

I sometimes play games like crysis,splinter cell ,etc. But i barely play. I just like getting most out of my pc. Also,my cooling is great too. I have a big case with good ventilation.

The first and second crysis doesnt need to overclock much, youll get 45FPS. If youre going to play the third one you should overclock and it should get you 45FPS at the most,

Personally I do not overclock to the point I need to mess with the voltage. I just do not like having to raise the voltage just to overclock.
