No. Not at all yet i picked a cheap solid mouse called the cobra junior gaming mouse for $13.
It's all up to your preference. I like the "clicky" feel of a mechanical gaming keyboard, whether I'm typing or gaming. On the other hand, I bought an expensive gaming mouse (MadCatz R.A.T.7), and have used it for about 1 hour total, preferring the feel of my ancient Logitech G6.
Not really, you could try getting a xbox controller for your pc.
Yeah I tried that lol I'm getting completely wrecked
Does it help?
Should you consider getting a mouse to see?
Is it uber comfortable and sexy?
Just get the mouse (you don't need the keyboard)

I bought a cheap gaming mouse (Gigabyte GM-M6800) a little while ago after my old mouse died. It isn't necessary and I can't say that it has upped my game at all. What I would say is that having an extra couple of buttons on the mouse is nice to have, more convenience than anything else.
For my keyboard I have a Microsoft sidewinder X4, which replaced an old keyboard I was using. Not a huge difference here.
I got both of these at very good prices, and I don't think it is worth it to spend hundreds on them. Although, to each their own.
My razer mouse have been following me for 2 years now. I lurve it and don't plan on changing to a new one so soon. Might consider getting a controller.
