You will have no issues with life expectancy with either of those cards. While TECHNICALLY the overclocked one would die faster due to more heat and voltage, that doesn't matter here. That card will be WAY WAY WAY outdated before you even need to worry about that. Any modern video card will last as long as you need it too.

Get the 650 Ti Boost, as it will have a decent performance advantage to the stock, not to mention better cooling (depending on manufacture).
