Computer "shutting off" but fans are still on, re-seating the ram lets me turn it "on" again

I recently put together a computer with the help of a few friends and I've been having some issues with it. The computer will "shut off" randomly, but the fans will still be running. After a few seconds, a little LED light that has 2 digits shows C5, then stays on 10 until I turn it off. When I try and turn it off then back on again, the display shows C5 and 15, switching back between the two repeatedly. The only way I've found that can fix this is re-seating the RAM sticks into different slots. Sometimes I don't have to re-seat the RAM and it will just turn on the first time, but the majority of the time I have to. These are my computer specs:
AMD A8-5600K 3.6GHz Quad-Core Processor
ASRock FM2A75 Pro4 ATX FM2 Motherboard
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL8D-8GBXM
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Raidmax 530W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply
NZXT Source 210 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case

I had Crucial Ballistix Sport XT 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory, but I got a refund because we thought that was the problem last time. I appreciate in advance any help you can give me.

Thanks, I'll give that a try. I believe they are normal numbers, its just the start-up looping. I can't be too sure though.
\
Edit1: The manual gives says the code 0x15 corresponds to "Pre-memory North Bridge initialization is started" 0x10 is PEI Core is started, and I couldn't locate the C5 code, but 5C-5F is "reserved for future AMI error codes"

Edit2: After looking online, http://www.asrock.com/support/faq.asp?id=334 says that 5A- 60 is a "Problem related to memory. Please re-install the CPU and memory then clear CMOS. If the problem still exists, please install only one memory module or try using other memory modules." Again, thank you for your help, I will try this and get back to you.

So it didn't crash for about an hour but its still having problems. I tried using one stick at a time and it crashed with both sticks. I really don't feel that its the ram because I had used another set of ram and that also had problems. Any help would be appreciated.
Edit1: I'd also like to add that now when it "turns off" i don't have to re-seat the ram anymore, I can just turn it off completely and turn it back on.

I'm still having issues, I've tried running with each stick and I really don't know what to do. I feel that it isn't the ram because I already refunded it and the new set is still having the same issues. (Different brand for the record) Any help is appreciated, if you need additional info just ask.

In the bios it says it is set as dual channel, thats what its supposed to be on right? I tried updating the bios earlier but it said it wouldn't download because it wasn't the right bios or something along those lines. i used the one under windows version 1.30 on this link http://www.asrock.com/support/download.asp?cat=BIOS but it didn't work.
Edit: Also, how do i check if its set as dual channel on the motherboard? The manual says they are in the right slots to have dual channel set up A1 and B1 or A2 and B2.

The instructions say it will restart then start the update, but its just restarting and bringing me back to my log-in screen. I'm not sure what to do from here. When I check msinfo32 it still says I'm running the 6/5/2013 update
