Insane Gpu usage spikes and bad perfomance in game

I posted this on the league of legends forums aswell so im just gonna copy and paste it as it explains it all. Please take a look

So the last 2 patches havent been the best for me. I usually run run the game with everything on top settings without shadows which i disable cause i find it over the top. My pc is a pretty decent one and it just started happening for some reason. I will be fine just walking around but when i engage a person or jungle camp i get dropped from 60 FPS(Vert sync) to somewhere around 25-30 but it looks like its not really even moving and just disgusting laggy look and feel. Not that i can tell really. I play CS:GO and League only really and CS:GO has good frames all the time but i run that stuff on low and on a smaller resolution then my screen is for that game only. League wasnt doing it for a while then it started on my 7770 card before i switched to the 3gb 660 ti card. Not sure why its doing it really
  5. Have you tried repairing the game?

yes,, electronics degrade overtime...your hdd is one factor...
if you have a vertical sync on, 60 - 30 fps drop is normal...use adaptive v-sync to avoid this...
