Multiple SLI Issues: Games won't go over 10 fps, Chrome Flickering

Recently and seemingly out of no where I'm having terrible issues with SLI. Sleeping Dogs, Tomb Raider, and Batman Arkham Orgins all won't go over 10 fps. Chrome keeps flickering black and white. I don't know what the heck happened.

I replaced the SLI bridge. Rolled back drivers. Reinstalled new drivers. Made sure power connections were correct. Set default settings on the Nvidia control panel.

None of these fixed the problems. The only thing that fixes the problem at this point is disabling SLI.

I'm really hoping for a solution because up until today it was working perfectly.

So good times. It seems that Crysis 2 tweaked some of the settings on my plasma. I have duplicate displays, one on a 27' 1080p monitor the other on a 720p/1080i plasma both set in 1920x1080. Reset the plasma to game mode and everything started working again. Ironically enough this isn't the first time Crysis 2 has done something like this to me. Just in the past it didn't last this long. Really need to get a 1080p plasma some time in the near future.

I really would love to be able to make the switch. If for nothing more then the fact that theres a wider variety of LCD's to choose from.

Problem is I've never had to worry about backlight bleeding and blacks on Plasma's and for some reason I've never gotten a headache from one either. Which is slightly more important for me after having a seemingly random seizure some years ago. It's not really to much of an issue these days but I am much more likely to get light headaches when focusing on my 27 inch monitor then I am on my 42' plasma.

Personally it's a preference I wish I didn't have, and I know LCD's and LED's have come a long way but at this point I'm much more comfortable with plasmas.

Anyway in retracing my steps I think I found the culprit. One of the displays was set to 30hz while the other was set to 60hz. Couldn't tell which one was set to which as for some reason Windows wouldn't provide a specific label. For some reason if I change any setting on Crysis 2 thats when the problems start. In this case I decided to would be worth turning off Vsync with the frame rate in the mid 50's.

Regardless I'd like to thank you guys who took the time to read what essentially turned out to be the ramblings of a mad man.

Even on this lower end Asus monitor the blacks look plenty black.
Just ever so slight glow on a pure black screen.

As far as headaches go, I understand because I get them sometimes too.
But pretty much any kind of display can cause it - even the plasma tv (which was won in a contest not purchased)

The ghosting on plasma drives me nuts though
