So I installed my h100i on my i5 with the push pull method.

These are the fans I used:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I know they are not the best, but I figured a push/pull would be better than the two it came with.

My idle temp is ~38 C
Running AIDA64 temp is ~65 (peaked at 68) ran twice at 5 minutes each.

I feel that idle is pretty high, but when looking at the max after it seems not too bad.

Could it be the paste on wrong?

Every thing is fine! :)  Relax.

You got some pretty decent temps mate. :)  Good to go.

When did you install it? Sometimes you have to give it sometime to let the paste set in. Either way 40c is pretty low. There are a lot of factors that could play into these temps. Give it a day or two. If its still 40c while ideal and you find that 40c is to high than just uninstall it, clean the cpu and reapply the thermal past.

Ok guys thanks for the reply's, should I run AIDA64 longer? Also I forgot to mention I am overclocked to 4.4 Ghz.

Another thing, when I put the mounting bracket on, the bottom, it didn't feel all that sturdy, not sure if that has something to do with it. Never the less, I will let it go for a few more days, if the temps stay stable at around 40, I will not worry to much. If the temps climb, I will look more into it.

Well as long as the bracket isnt hanging off your fine. I dont think your temps will climb either, considering you have a pretty good temp while under heavy load.

Seems as if it was just something that happened right after install. The idle temp is about 35 now, and that's less than 24 hours after install, so I am just guessing that number will go down even more. In corsair link I also changed the fans from "fixed" to "balanced" mode.

Thanks for the reply's, I was never worried, just curious.
