help building first pc complete noob

I've ordered a corsair 500r case and tx650 power supply alreayd but heres the list of parts I want too order but is it a decent set up
Amd fx 8320 processor
Asus m5a97 mobo
270x graphics card
Corsair vengeance 8 gig ram
Samsub 840 pro ssd

What exactly are you going to use your PC for?

If it's for gaming, you're looking good! I would push for a 270x if budget allows, but the 7790 will still get the job done. Also, what capacity are you getting your 840 pro in? It's a great SSD, but I fear you might not have enough storage for games or videos eventually. I would think you'd be better off maybe with a 64 GB SSD and a 500 GB hard drive. You'll still have the space for some games on you SSD and have the high capacity to fill with the drive.

Unless you're getting in to some serious professional video editing or stuff, you might want to consider a lower capacity SSD and grab an HDD and put the extra money to a better graphics card.
