you could use a Thermaltake Commander F5 5 Channel Fan Controller, feel free to use the touch 2100 but stay away from anything with strike X on it, they are a bit of a joke and almost everything in the strike X series is bad quality and badly designed. sounds like your build will be pretty nice looking anyway :D
