SLI 2 Different Manufactured GFX Cards?

I'm looking at buying another GTX 780, as i already have an ASUS GTX 780 Reference style

Since the price has dropped I wanted to buy another for an sli setup
The problem is, ASUS 780 hasn't dropped price yet. I was wondering if I could buy this model instead and have it work fine?

Same issue with my pny 670, got my original for $330 8 months ago at frys and there is an asus for $260!

They're the same cards technically..... so you'll not have any problems with having them in SLI, but just make sure you have a really good strong PSU..... that'll be 500W just for those GPUs....
