Which graphics card is better?

Radeon 7790, cause its newer. Look around for deals especially this time of year, with Christmas sales so close. You might be able to get something better than a 7790 for the same amount of money, if that matters.

well right now I have the GeForce 550 ti. I am looking to start another build.
Right now I have:
asrock z75 pro 3 mobo
i5 2500k
450 w
GeForce 550ti
8 gigs 4x2 1600 mhz
1 tb hd
and a basic case

I want to get:
Asus m5a97 (idk if I want to get the le or non le version)
amd fx 6300
corsair 500w modular
asus 7790 1gb
8 gigs 4x2 1600mhz
1tb hd
raidmax 298 wb case

Is the second a good build?

i5 2500k
450 w
GeForce 550ti
8 gigs 4x2 1600 mhz
1 tb hd
and a basic case
the z75 is another intel version of the z77 cpu with a bios update you could drop in an ib cpu or a i7 cpu. the cpu you have now is faster then the amd cpu. all you need is a better power supply and gpu for a better gaming rig.

I am Currently in Mumbai India
hey there i currently have a dell inspiron 580s bu i wanted to upgrade it to a good gaming pc

my current config
1tb wdd hdd
i donno about ram but in total its 4 gb
intel core i3
windows 8 pro n
nvidia geforce8400gs 512 mb

please suggest me which graphic card to buy
and even a good new casing(cabinet)
