My old graphic card is dead

Y just check my voltages for my new graphic card , before plug , and I found this:
+3,3V = 1,152

There is something more on my motherboard, cpu or ram with potential to kill my new Graphic Card ?

And this from my BIOS

And this from PcProbeII (official Asus Software ffor My MoBo)

It would also depend on the power supply quality. Graphics card would be running off 12v.

I think you should be fine. If it dies on the first day just send it back.
