okay so i have a link here to ebay where i got my desktop from.... nothing incredibly fancy but i would like to rig it up to be able to run skyrim with between 5 and 15 mods running at a time. i would like to keep this project as low of a budget as i can for now but still get a decent boost. and have as high of a fps rate as i can for no more than $200. most of the information should be on this page so if anyone has suggestions let me know.

That is a hard question! If you really want to stay on budget i would got with a A10-5800K Black Edition for about 120$, but personally i would by an amd fx-6300 a new mother board to support the socket and a graphics card like the 7770. The Apu has been phased out and really your not going to be able to get good gaming boost in the future. So will buying an apu to fit your socket right now is more economical but they will be pretty much obselete in the not to distant future.

You bought it? if yes then what is your budget for upgrades and plz write down full specs here like CPU GPU full specs.
If not don't buy this one.never buy full pc from anywhere if you want a gaming rig.
