Will this make dual-channel ?

Solution

If you are not planning on overclocking then they should be fine.
RAM kits are usually two paired RAM pins that have been tested to work together in dual channel. The chances of two of the same model single modules not working in dual channel configuration is slim. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

If the price is similar then I'd suggest going for the kit just to be safe. Generally its just a marketing tactic.
