Regarding portable hard warrantee

I had purchased and using 500 GB External Hard Disk of M/S Western Digital and it was not working
during warranty period in June 2013. The replacement request was generated in M/S Western Digital site with the RMA number :84657875 on 03/07/2013. The drive was scheduled to be picked on 17/07/2013 from my house. I had sent 10 mails to M/S Western Digital. Initially they told they are having some problems with courier. Last one month they are not giving any replay .Still the defective hard disk is with me . The registration and the first replay received is given bellow.What to do next?

Thank you for your reply.

This is to inform you that the replacement request is generated with the RMA number :84657875
We would request you to please follow the following steps to get the HDD picked up:
1.You are requested to pack the faulty HDD in a strong box with a minimum of 2 inches of packaging material around it.
2.You can pack the faulty HDD in a bubble pack to avoid the physical damage, you are requested to pack your drive in a box before handing it over to the Courier pickup.
3.On the box, you need to mention your complete postal address with the postal code & your contact numbers.
4.You need to mention the serial number of the faulty HDD against which you have claimed the warranty.
5.You need to mention the RMA number on the box.
6.You need to mention the complete postal address of our logistics department from which you will get the replacement.

7.You are not suppose to include any kind of accessories in the package as it is not covered under warranty.
8. The drive is scheduled to be picked on 17/07/2013
WD will inform the customer if the warranty is voided and ineligible for replacement.
The remaining warranty from the original defective drive will be applied to the replacement drive. The replacement drive will have a minimum warranty of 90 days from date of shipment.
Replacement will be issued between 10 to 15 business days from the date the defective drive is received at WD central warehouse.Kindly wait the courier person should call you before he comes to pick the defective drive.
