I have problems with getting past 4,1ghz with a fx8320, when running prime95 for like 10 minutes at this speed, it fails.

Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong!? It cant be the temperature, its like 35-38c at full load
These are my specs:
CoolerMaster 750W PSU 80+bronze
MSI 990FXA-GD65 mobo
AMD FX-8320
CoolerMaster Seidon 120M Watercooling
Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz 8GB CL9
Asus R9 280x DirectcuII

NB Voltage 1,25v
CPUNB Voltage 1,2544
CPU Voltage 1,3645

FSB is set to 200 (Tried to slighty raise this one, but was getting BSOD, and problems with booting up at like 220?)
Multiplier 20,5
CPU NB 2200mhz
HT LINK speed 2600mhz

Appreciate all help I can get!

Try to slightly increase your CPU voltage (try 1,38) and run prime tests again
if cores still fail slightly increase this voltage again (make very small steps) and test again

what are your digi + settings?
have you set LLC to ultra high and so on?
