Afternoon all,

I've only recently bought my full gaming rig for BF3 over a year ago but since StarCitizen's Alpha and Beta will be coming up I've been thinking about upgrading my GPU.

I love my Sapphire Radeon HD 7850. OC'd to 1GHz with 2GB memory, it has never let me down so I was thinking of cross-firing it with a second card since upgrading to a better single GPU might be only slightly better at a much greater cost? Only thing is, I've been using this 7850 for over a year now so it's lifetime might not be the best so if I buy a second card and crossfire the two, the first might just give up at any time?

Would love to get some of your inputs on the matter; should I crossfire x2 7850's with one of the card's over a year old or upgrade to a bran new single GPU at a much greater cost?

Cheers all!
