My girlfriend is looking for a laptop where she can browse the internet, some typing for homework and stuff and play games like Sims 3, Plants vs Zombies, The Walking Dead (Telltale).. will the Acer V5 431 2618 be able to handle this?
We live outside the U.S, so the prices are kind of expensive..

More about : laptop good

oh! But when I googled this laptop I saw some different specs like 4 gig ram and a dual core which was enought to max out these games and with intel hd 4000.
Nevertheless she might be able to play at least on low to med (med among the most games you mentioned) and even high-med for plants vs zombies at 1336 x 768 res.
Girlfriend don't care about a high end pc or atleast med end like us, and end up with getting a cute looking laptop :p . I think she should wait, save more money and buy a better laptop.
And also Acer is good but try to go with HP, Dell, or Sony if u get at same price

The problems is, there is not much variety in here :s she just wants a gray laptop where she can play some games and make some work stuff.. I guess I'll keep searching then :)  thanks for your help
