Will my system "bottleneck"?

My current graphics card is the HIS 6950 IceQ. I am in need of an upgrade and with the recent price drops from NVIDIA, I've decided on the EVGA GTX 780. My main concern is, will my CPU cause my system to "bottleneck"? I own the Intel i5 2500k - which is overclocked to 4.5GHZ. I think I should be fine, but I also want to make sure before making any purchases. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'd wait for the NON referenced coolers to come out before buying the R9 290x or R9 290. This way you will get a better cooling solution and also be able to run quieter and/or even OC better too.

The R9 290 is performing on par with the GTX 780 and is currently about $100 less than it is, but the stock OEM cooling solution just sucks. It works, but creates quite a bit of noise and runs pretty hot too.

If you want the best option the R9 290x is the best one to get for ~$550, but I'd wait on the NON referenced cooling solutions, like I said earlier.
