I have a prodigy and I'm hoping to get a 200mm or 230mm spectre pro for the front panel. I noticed that the CFM for the 200 is 146 and 230 is 156. I have an optical drive installed, so I only have a potentially 140mm and 120mm to achieve a matched CFM. The 140mm spectre pro pushes 86 CFM and the 120mm Spectre Pro PWM pushes 56 CFM. Is that a close enough margin for the 200m or the 230mm?

Hi
You do not need to match the cfm of fans at all .
In fact a common method of ventilation is to have more cfm on the intake fans than the exhaust fans, this produces a slight pressure in the case and is called positive pressure ventilation and reduces the amount of dust entering the case.
Any excess air in either direction will find its way in or out of your case by various holes and slots.
