the small CD which contains the drivers of the USB LAN E-100U(Enter peripherals) isn't going inside the covered CD drive of my sony vaio svs13a15 , how to get the device work ? how do i install it's drivers?

On another system, copy the small CD onto a standard size CD (using your CD burning software). You should also be able to download drivers directly to your Ubuntu system and install from there (using a wired connection, for example).
