Upgrades for live streaming?

I have a HP Pavilion HPE h8-1020 pc and want to start live streaming my video games. Can my computer support this and are there any upgrades I can do to help with a live stream? (Video cards, etc)

if your system is stock then I would say that you need to add a video card because it appears that its running on the intel processor gpu.

So if I got a upgraded video card that would help me alot? What kind of card would you suggest? My system is stock
