BF4 Ultra Settings PC Upgrade

Hey everybody,

I'm looking to upgrade my PC, so I can record and play BF4 at ultra settings 120fps .
Here is my current setup:
Intel i7-2600K CPU @3.4 GHZ 4 Cores (64 Bit)
16gb RAM-Super Talent
AMD Radeon HD 7970
230gb SSD
1,000gb HDD
Corsair CX600 Power Supply
LG Optical Drive

I have a budget of $1,000. What are the upgrades I can do? Please tell me. I'm going to be recording AS WELL AS playing BF4 ultra settings 120fps Help me out!

PS: no processor overclocking!!
and, I don't want to record at 120fps, I just want to be able to play at very high FPS, since right now I only get around 40fps...

What about dual 7970's? How many FPS would that give me in bf4? What about buying two GTX 780's instead? And of course a new PSU...

Dual 7970's will give you in the 70-90FPS range. I mentioned 3-way because 2 more would cost about 800, plus a power supply and you are still under the 1000 mark you gave.

2 780's is going to put you back 1100 + the psu you are talking 1200 - 1300, and you will get probably around 100fps.

It would be cheaper and more powerful to go 3-way

I was also looking at the GTX 780 ti, what do you think?
