games stutter during cutscenes...?/??

most of my games stutter during cutscenes ...why is it so .......
or sometimes there is also a little hiccup during saving checkpoints
.....eg battlelfield 4 , splinter cell blacklist etc......
NOTE: all my games are orignal

My computer has a stutter as well during cut scenes in BF4, and we kind of have opposite systems. You have Intel+Nvidia, and I have all AMD. So it's probably the same for everyone, and an issue within the game itself. I noticed that the game looks better while playing it, than what the cut scenes look, and it runs smoother during game play. I use V-sync as well so it's not screen tearing.

I have no idea. Only DICE/EA can answer that. ;)

EDIT: I was thinking about it. It could be loading while the cut scenes are playing. I run the game off my WD Caviar Black. Maybe it wouldn't do it if I ran it off my SSD. Anyone running it off a SSD have the same issue?
