After a recent update to Windows 8.1 my Catalyst Control Center (CCC) wont open. It just says that CCC cannot be started. There are no settings that can be configured using CCC. I'm running a Sager NP9150 with Radeon 7970m and Intel 4000 HD switchable graphics. Before I switched to Windows 8.1 it worked fine on Windows 8. I cant access games. For example when I try to play Dota 2, I get a message telling my a D3D couldnt be created. When i started up device manager, it said my PCI Device wasn't working so I downloaded the Card Reader driver from Sager's site and installed them, now my device manager shows everything running fine.
